On July 29th, Technest successfully delivered its first set of advanced Glass Core glass substrate wet processing equipment to a customer, including a complete set of equipment including a development line, an etching line, and a film removal line.
This is not only the first time Technest has shipped glass substrate equipment, but also the first time it has shipped complete sets of equipment, demonstrating Technest's equipment technology capabilities and equipment integration capabilities in the cutting-edge field of glass substrates. This lays a solid foundation for Technest to tackle cutting-edge technologies and open up new markets, and takes a crucial step towards achieving its goal of becoming a platform-based equipment technology leader.
Technest's significant investment in cutting-edge technology research and development, as well as customer collaboration, has enabled the company to gain first-mover and technological advantages in cutting-edge fields such as glass substrates.
In 2023, Technest invested to establish China's first ultra-fine circuit wet processing equipment technology research and development laboratory. The laboratory aims to achieve leadership in wet equipment technology, conduct research and development of cutting-edge equipment technology, continuously upgrade and iterate Technest's equipment, and support customers in testing and verifying product processes in the laboratory.
