On the morning of July 22, the signing ceremony for the TTST Smart Manufacturing Headquarters Project was held at the Dongguan Shuixiang Science and Innovation Center. As a benchmark enterprise in China’s AI‑computing board equipment manufacturing sector, TTST will build its production‑and‑R&D headquarters in the Shuixiang Science‑Technology Integration Industrial Zone. With a total investment of RMB 1 billion, the project will help Dongguan expand its AI computing industry and further consolidate the foundation for the development of advanced electronics manufacturing.

For this smart‑manufacturing headquarters project settled in Shuixiang, TTST will build a headquarters base integrating high‑end R&D and manufacturing, which is scheduled for completion and commissioning in 2028. Upon full operation, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of RMB 3 billion and create more than 2,000 local jobs, delivering remarkable industrial and social benefits.
Li Zhexuan, Chairman of TTST, stated that Dongguan Shuixiang boasts a solid industrial foundation and favorable business environment, making it an ideal platform for enterprise growth. Leveraging the headquarters project, the company will shore up key links in the industrial chain for AI‑computing boards and fill the capacity gap for high‑end process equipment in the region. It will collaborate with local upstream and downstream enterprises to improve the domestic supply‑chain system and drive industrial coordinated upgrading. Meanwhile, TTST will expand its R&D laboratories to continuously tackle core technologies, spearhead industrial technological innovation, and jointly foster new strengths for high‑quality development together with Shuixiang.

This signing marks an important practice for TTST to pursue in‑depth development through government‑enterprise collaboration and partnership cooperation. It also represents the company’s strategic move to locate its headquarters project in the Dongguan Shuixiang Economic Zone and expand into high‑end precision process equipment.

At the ceremony, Dongshi Group and TTST signed a construction cooperation agreement on‑site. The State‑owned enterprise‑led construction model will safeguard the project delivery.
